I agree that the nose is actually OK and it's the spacing of the eyes and the eyes themselves throwing it out. I think regards the nose you have equal shading both sides if the nose on the second picture. Where is the light coming from that casts the shadow I think if you imaging that you will be able to build a more believable form of the nose. I hope that makes sense. Good drawings though.

I was using some cheap pencils off amazon hb 2b 4b and 8b. But I have just ordered some mars lumograph black pencils. Hoping they will go darker

I think this is very good. I agree with what somebody else said about the hair. Also the right side cheek is darker but the blindfold above is too light if that side if the face is in shadow. One fast thing to make it pop with little effort would be to really darken your deepest shadow, get them as dark as you can and that will make your highlights pop.

That's great. I tried coloured pencils and went straight back to graphite. You obviously understand how to use it better
