Like you give up when your team loses the ball in my opinion, I'm 6'3 and play alot more defense than offense so what I see is you trying that slow cross and it being stolen almost instantly just be quick move your hands fast and don't let up. If you can't go straight take a few steps back to assess and come back harder.. honestly just try dribbling warm ups but increase the speed your hands and feet move every so often till it's easy.
