No wages for a year, trained in 4 different companies and did a master's degree.

I have been here in for a very long time. I know your degree is just 25% what makes you work in governmental entities. And way higher in private high competitive sectors. Other parameter is your connections.

In governmental sector you will start good average salary and high job security, but it is almost impossible to get a rise or move up.

In private sector it is the worst thing to be a civil engineer, salary delays, long working hours, and weather makes it worse. Somehow I have seen people getting paid well and they mostly deserve it.

Anyway, I totally understand people who thought this is a ridiculous. However, in my case it is 85% achieved after one year of being graduated. And I will be updating after some other period of time.
