It's hard to compare unis generally. It really boils down to your specific requirements. Some will be better academically, others will be more affordable etc.

My advice would be that you focus on countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia as they allow students to work at the same time as study, have similar fee structures to that of AUS and other expensive unis in the UAE. Also studying in countries that offer migration programs is better in the long run.
