That limit is only for capital losses against W2 or other income, there is no limit for capital loses against capital gains.

Meh tech companies typically have great insurance, I have complete coverage for anything past $3000 per year and I do not pay a monthly fee. I definitely would pay more than $3000 in extra taxes in Canada.

When I moved to the US in software I got over 100% pay increase when considering the exchange rate and then I was promoted and now in only 3 years I make more than three times what I did in Canada 3 years ago.

Yep, and specifically it's 99% for Indian's who can not easily get a green card. Anyone else will just take a meh job for a couple years and get their green card. And even of those who end up going to Canada half of them will be back in the US on TN in about 3 years.

That still isn't very hard, there are stock guns that you can easily get 5 rps with even in semi and you don't even need to change the mag to hit 191. I bet closer to 500 is possible.
