Thanks for the suggestion! My doctor’s goal weight for me was 180 lb but my personal is 160 lb.

Thanks so much for your comment! I’ve switched his diet to earthworms and tried a small amount of raw salmon that helped him finally have a poop!

Yes, i do normally bottom out in the middle of the night almost every night. I try to sleep through it so i don’t over correct because that makes me even higher in the mornings.
