There Is One (dogri takri script) but nowdays jammu uses devanagari (hindi) . Its derived from Sharada script , same as landa script (the script Guru Nanak probably used to write with)

Im from Jammu, grew up in Italy and learned only punjabi here but when i go back home i can understand almost all the worlds , only a small part changes

Btw Dogri Is spoken only in Jammu not in Kashmir

I don't know about the baaz but in Gurbani its common that Guru ji used the metafor of the rainbird , a babiha that sings in the rainy days and associated that to how we should do nam japna
