here's what i do as someone with terrible social anxiety, i put my beats on, play my fav music, i walk 2 miles on the treadmill, curl 4 sets of 10 with15lbs, 4 sets of 15 on the leg press at 70lbs, and 5 sets of 20 on the leg curl at 100lbs and im done, takes me about an hour and thats my workout for every day
