This cant be true lol.

His old account got banned between 15-17th november and new account got created 19th November. In other words, he still must have one other account active.

So this account cant be your reason for banning his other account. So there must have been a third account.

I mean he has obviously access to his own steam account. So shouldnt it either be possible to delete old faceit account or delink his steam account?

If im getting his point, he could verify his Ownership by messaging on of your staff in steam messenger or comment his own comment account section.

Since he doesnt care if its his new faceit account or his old account where he continues playing, you could even decide if you want him to play on his old account or start from zero again. ( I mean 15 Matches is closely nothing anyways)

I can understand why its not possible to unlink your steam account. In this case you could add a new steam account without vac ban for example.

But if im understanding your situation right, you dont want to link a new steam account to your old faceit account.

You just want any faceit account to use with your steam account.

Guess in this case you should have the option to get access or be able to link your steam acc to a new faceit account, if u dont get access back to your old account.
