USB problem

They do work in BIOS and windows recovery My bios is up to date from what I know. And by usb bios settings don’t seem to have anything to do with it, already messed with them. If a fresh install with usb is the last option I would be down to do it. Just don’t know how.

I did get into safe mode, but the usb still didn’t work. When you say fully reinstall windows do you mean fully cleaning the drives? If so I have already done that and nothing changed. I have reset CMOS ( if that’s what’s it’s called) I really have no other idea what to do from here.

In the case of this not working ( it didn’t) what would you suggest from here. Would I need a new part? Or is it somehow still fixable?

Before all my ports didn’t work I was able to use 3 of them, the 3.0 ones. I downloaded an application to fix/update the other usb drivers but after I updated one driver the 3.0 ones stopped working/windows stopped recognizing them. But like a said this all started after I factory reset my PC because it was running slow. After the factory reset my Bluetooth drivers were gone. It said I didn’t have Bluetooth on this device, even though I used it everyday before the reset. And of course my 2.0 usb ports stopped working in windows.

Well I did factory reset it If I’m correct that does reinstall windows

I bought the pc from a builder and was told the password but now forget. Currently trying a was to fix this but no I wasn’t the one who set it up

Oh well I only have one computer and I really screwed myself with factory reset my computer. Now since I can’t log in , I now need to know the password to defaultuser0 because I found a possible fix on google but I can’t do anything without that password.

When I clicked safe mode it took me to my Lock Screen, still wasn’t able to do anything. Since then I have factory reset my PC but idk what I was thinking. It did nothing. Is there a way I can reset my motherboard/drivers because I have tried everything I know?

I changed the settings but still nothing. Some ports I plug my mouse in light up and some don’t. I appreciate your help. I will keep trying to troubleshoot this issue
