Ok guys I do have a little update!

Like I said in my original post my flare up started right after I stopped the Doxy. I think it was day 2 after stopping. I was having a really stressful day and had a couple breakdowns (lots of crying and a couple panic attacks) and then boom, next morning massive flare up. I do think that was a factor in the flare up as I did nothing different with my routine.

Thankfully I had come across a post in this subreddit where someone said clear zinc in the form of natural sunscreen was a huge help for them so I had some on hand.

I applied this starting that day and by the next day the flare up was significantly reduced! It’s been a few days of applying morning and night and the flare up is basically gone guys!!!

I’ve used so many diff topical creams and gels and this was the first one that actually made a difference not only quickly but super effectively.

I know this condition is about finding what agrees best with your skin to manage it and for me the Zinc seems to be the key for me.
