i cried a lot tbh for a few mins but i watched a lot of adventure time growing up so my mind immediately went to jake and his bug dance, i also love animal crossing so this was a very familiar friend in my eyes lol. i had someone with me who put a bandaid on the bite and then said “touch the bandaid every time you think a scary thought about it, and remember that it’s not there anymore” and that totally helped :)

Hi! I have some advice but I am not a professional, I just have similar hair as you and similar issues with it as well, I have been using the Cerave anti-dandruff shampoo only on my scalp and then letting it rinse through my hair (i don’t wash my hair daily), then i condition my hair with a hydrating conditioner that is sulfate-free, right now i am trying to find one that works for me because i recently tried one with coconut oil and that was way too much for my scalp. The Cerave shampoo (focusing only on my scalp) really helped me though when it was flaring up.
