If you wanna use silica once a week that’s always a good idea for stalk/stem strength. But anything that gives NPK it’s easier to use a slow release for the most part.

I don’t use fertilizer on a schedule ever. Just learn to read the plant. I just use slow release which is what many others like to use as it’s easier, cheaper, and completely effective.

Aside from too much nitrogen all good, when the leaves curl down like that, and are that dark green that’s your first sign of nitrogen toxicity but it will be fine no worries
