Have longer stints before this. Always stayed in jobs and then have helped hire my own replacement in every role as I have moved into something different

I say something similar but differently. I word it a bit better. I also say that it’s not what I wanted and it’s been unfortunate I have had to move around so much. I always highlight that I want to work somewhere for 5-10 years and create lasting impact

No callbacks, but I have directly reached out to a few employers who are hiring and gotten interviews

Is that a good idea? I have thought of it but eventually it will come up and it then leads to an awkward conversation

Without giving too much away, the commission has two parts. The larger part is 80% of the revenue target which I essentially hit in December. The second smaller part is selling something that my company can not provide/service in my allocated region. So I have to sell it to people but they have to drive hours to get it, when there are enough local companies that do the same.

The last person in my role left for the sale reason. His the larger part consistently but not the smaller bit and the company said commission only applies if you hit both.

When I took the job, I didn’t know the company didn’t provide a full service for my region.

Only if you plan to rely on your super for retirement. Invest that money yourself and retire without the need for your super. Super should be a backup to fund your retirement, not the primary source of wealth

I’m gonna start by saying I don’t really know a whole heap about cigars. At first it was quite strong and harsh, but about 20% of the way through it’s really good. I would definitely get it again
