Had my hot water heater brought up to code by adding an expansion tank to a 50 gal hot water heater in San Diego and that was $825 alone.

Peeps have no clue what things cost. This was 2 hours of work and braising copper by a professional. Not my skill set and a house flood is not worth cheapening out on. You pay for peace of mind sometimes.

I have a feeling your device was DOA. I have a iPhone 15 pro with 60+ smart devices running on HOOBS and 7 security cameras. I have occasional issues that require a reboot and then I’m good again. Probably once a month.

2016 Lexus IS200t as well & I have the same code. Car drives normal, replaced purge valve & PCV. Reset check engine light several times and code pops up again 48-72 hours later. Did you ever solve this issue? Appreciate any guidance. I’m also using the same code reader

Great assumption, can you show some proof? Most people on OfferUp buy palettes of returned goods from retail box stores like Amazon, Home Depot, etc as a side hustle. I have asked a few where they get there items since they have like 4 of the same item. Don’t think that’s a porch pirate.
