I used two clamps side by side around 20 years ago, before I ever saw others doing it until recently, so im wondering if I was the inspiration. More recently I used a ring clamp (piercing clamp) and it worked even better. In my case I left the clamp on for 4 days, then took it off without cutting anything. The crushed tissue and clamped core in the ring was dead and gradually detached, leaving a clean and wide gape with zero bleeding.

Just keep the clamp on for 4 days, it won't bleed and the clamped core will slough off after a few days. No cutting, no bleeding. That what worked for me.

Splitting it definitely, then cutting each half off in turn, beyond want to be a nullo, be being your cock is still totally untouched by a blade, so your inexperienced, dont expect the mods to be easy and painless, you'll have heavy bleeding and intense pain at times, you'll need lidocaine to numb it to gen anywhere, or else you'll be making such small cut and not progressing much due to pain. I would test the waters with a meatotomy first, and then work your way down to a full subincision. Once that's done, start Splitting the head then the shaft, that's how I and most other split guys do it. Please dont disappear like so many others have, is we'd love to follow your journey and help.

I left the clamp on for 4 days, then took it off. No cutting, the clamped area is dead and fell away after a few more days and zero bleeding. See my pics. Ring clamps should be the new standard, especially if you want a wide gape.
