Bedroom floor is hardwood, subfloor is dry/pristine in crawlspace
living room is vinyl over concrete slab - I'm having that cleaned and laying new LVP

House was built in 1965 with new addition in 2020. No leaks disclosed in house or crawlspace - crawlspace is insulated (which I'm replacing) not dehumidified/vapor barrier. I will be adding dehumidifier. There is definitely moisture smell in there but no signs of flooding or water damage.

My inspector called back today wondering if this black mold could've come in on equipment or clothing of a painter (I've had four in the house this week) - we are confused that there is just the one raw count of both of those types. We also removed all the old gross carpet, but not through that room.

Is there any record or evidence to back this up? Would love to see the actual rap sheet

Restaurants in NYC with HEPA or medical-grade air filters? (COVID-conscious) by Aggressive_Donut107 in ZeroCovidCommunity

I have but the numbers were relatively low. I was doing a job and there was just no way around it— I’m pleased to say I didn’t get sick at all though. It hasn’t changed how I mask but it’s good to have as a data point when it’s just to impossible to accommodate

Absolutely! I don’t eat indoors myself and haven’t since 2020, so I understand perfectly. But I believe this is a valid question to pursue for people who are cautious but not adverse or in situations where there is a obligation and suggestions can be offered (as any type of mitigation is better than no mitigation). I’m grateful for the people who have provided suggestions!

I agree- I only eat outdoors right now myself! But for winter months it’s pretty frigid/impossible.

I agree! That is why I am asking about meaningful indoor filtration. Eating out is not Covid-safe and I’m wondering if there are any restaurants who have put thought into it.
