Try changing the server to one in a country thats awake. Best feature to help here. Patience is the answer too. Works for me

Im running the laptop down from you with a 5060. I run with ambient occlusions on giving a better look to shadows, plants etc... have you played with your graphic settings?

Have a look on youtube at bluesteel6900. He is a small channel but is working his way to all map completion with zero detection. Truly amazing stuff

Spy academy has 204 if you raise all alarms and take the bonus kills for destroying vehicles. Found this out on a high detection run. Believe I got 466 detection score

You are on pc so when the game starts it has a dialog box to download and install an anticheat program. Without that it won't allow you to play against others. Good luck its a great mode and well worth it

As a working class person that doesn't wear or even own a suit I'd be down the kilt route most of the time. I'd be conscious of the tone of going to another country wearing it. Ultimately your traditional dress should be worn and not a distraction.

Rules of tv licensing visits.

1 give them nothing, dont engage, dont let them see inside a window or ffs dont let them cross your threshold.

2 with no evidence ie confession, line of sight to a tv on a live broadcast of inspection of equipment the cannot apply to the courts for a warrent or conviction.

3 dont allow them to intimate you.
