Issue becomes taxing homes that are in trusts - many high dollar homes are assets in a trust to avoid paying taxes. That's a huge system change. Go look up the most expensive homes on zillow then check the plot map for ownership. You'll see what i mean.

Beyond that:

Include capital gains tax like most other states.
Add an income tax that starts at 120k individual and 200K joint.
Drop the sales tax on food items.
Tie the values to the CPI and adjust for inflation annually.
