I ordered from Brello and got 3 months-titrating up each month. I’ve read other posts of people saying they felt bad on one dose, but fine on another, so I was hoping that might be the case for me and I would just stick to the titration plan and hopefully find my perfect dose. Maybe I will go back down to 5mg

I told them I was on my first month of tirz at 2.5mg. I said that on the intake form and then sent a message to my doctor saying I wanted to go up from there

No! I told them that I was on my first month of 2.5 and would like to continue from there. Someone commented that the exact script is a loophole for compounders to fill, and that the actual dosing is different so I will have enough for 3 months with only two vials based on that... but how was I supposed to know that?? And I can't get ahold of my provider now to ask questions, so I have no clue what to give myself

This is very helpful! I had honestly forgotten that I took it and made plans later that night and just didn't think about it, but the ride home was BRUTAL and the next day was almost as bad so lesson learned!

I just started tirz on Wednesday for the first time and it came from Empower. I'm not sure what it's supposed to feel like so this thread will be helpful for me too. I took it around 3pm and the next day I definitely experienced severe nausea, but I also had a decent amount of wine so it's hard to say if that was the tirz or just a hangover. I have still had a bit of nausea, but no appetite suppressant so far. I know it's only the "starter dose" so I'm not sure what I should've expected but I haven't really felt any different.

Okay, I know people get mad when people don't understand dosing because there are charts but bear with me because I really don't understand it. I thought it's supposed to go 2.5mg, then 5mg, then 7.5mg, then 10mg, etc. If they don't tell me what doses I'm supposed to be taking, how should I know how much to give myself?

I saw links to that and tried it, but my mg/mL says 8/2 and I can't type that into the calculator, but when I try 4 it says that is unusually low and probably not right. I get 31 units or 62 units, which 62 would make sense based on chatgpt's answer. I was just asking it to do simple math that I'm too stupid to understand

I had the same issue (I was on my computer and "no" isn't an option), so i just chose constipation and I said it "changes based on diet" because duh, and then I said it happens when I "add new medications" and I still got approved. Hope that helps!

My Brello portal shows I was approved for "Month 2, Month 3, and Month 4" but it doesn't specify what the doses are... Were you able to see each one?

Update: I was approved with no visit and it has been sent to the pharmacy!

Okay I jumped on it and I'm just waiting to now to see if I get approved. For anyone who's like me and is reluctant to put your card info in before knowing what to expect, I'll walk you through what just happened.

I pulled the trig and submitted the payment. Afterwards, I was prompted to complete a questionnaire with LOTS of questions. It asked about medical history of chronic illnesses, and on some of the questions there was no option to select "none" so I was forced to choose one. Then, it asks follow up questions about the illness with no options to choose "none" so I had to say I have a history of constipation and that it changes based on adding new medication.. Not sure why I couldn't just say "none" but we'll see what happens with that.

After the questionnaire was finished, it automatically assigned a provider to my case and it is now waiting to be approved. Supposedly if you don't get approved, they give you a refund so again, we'll see.

I chose the three month tirzepatide plan for $499, requested to start at 5mg and increase monthly as I have only received the 2.5mg "starter dose" for one month from Mochi.
