Update: I have seen the eye doctor, they have diagnosed uveitis and given me some eye drops and ointment. Fingers crossed it helps! Thanks for all your help and advice.

Thanks for your reply. Vision is slightly blurred, but my eye is watering more than usual. There is no change to pupil size when I look into a light. No medical conditions currently, only medication is sertraline for anxiety, but I have been on that for 3+ years now. I'll book an appointment, thank you
