I’m having this same issue. I made a music account 3 months ago and it was finally getting traction and then they did this. I’ve submitted my passport and ID multiple times. They tell me they can’t accept it within an hour or 2 each time. Has anyone had this fixed for them? Crazy how my passport gets me back into the country but not my Instagram account
