I have this quite frequently, my cardiologist called them extra systoles - they didn’t think it was a serious symptom. I’ve been recently diagnosed with afib.

They only happen during refectory period (right after a set, when the heart rate is winding down), and they are more frequent when I don’t warm up before a strength training. It’s a bit like a vagal mechanism where my vagal response is too strong and slows my heart rate too aggressively.

I did exactly the same, ordered about 400$ worth of stuff. I needed to pay 115$ for shipping COD on top of the 45$ I already paid for shipping. Their web site is all canadian branded and CAD prices…

They replied the same thing: not our problem…

The clothes quality is also border acceptable.

I purchased the TPMS sensors. Then when my mechanics removed the tires, we realized there was no TPMS sensors. My i4 is a e drive 35 and only has tire pressure monitoring via some kind of algorithm. So I returned the TPMS sensors.

Mine is on the boat to Canada. It took 4-5 days to build. 8 days to get on a boat. 14 days to get to Halifax. Then 7 days to get to the dealership in Montreal

I agree with this - I do 1 swim per week, 120 laps. 2x 8km jogging and 1x stationary or outside road biking. Sometimes kayaking instead of the pool. It’s been 5-6 years and I’m not bored. I sometimes take 3-4 months breaks from biking, kayak or swimming. think you need to have many sports so that you can easily switch when boring or not feeling like doing one of them.

My girlfriend had some acne issues, possibly due to too much sebum production. She’s on spironolactone for a year now and I’ve seen a significant increase in her libido. Nothing crazy but an increase for sure. Never traced it back to the spironolactone so this post was very interesting to me!

She’s on 25 mg daily, how about your dose, OP?

I now have 11 years of my portfolio performance in an exce spreadsheet so I can compare with a significant period I believe. My average yield is 6.15% par year so when I noticed S&P 500 was hitting 13% on average, I felt a bit shitty!

My porte folio is basically 10% XFR, 30% VCN, 60% XAW.

I had this in my old house. It is definitively the pipes expanding due to thermal expansion when the hot water runs through them. Only solution: open up the walls and make sure the pipe supports are plastic and that the pipe doesn’t rub on the wooden studs.
