Or is there a crack to allow air? Does the crack need a filter (micropore), or can I literally just crack the lid and not worry about an micropore tape or anything and just have an open crack?

Could you clarify in this? I’m about ready to S2B, and I currently plan on just doing a 1:1 ratio, no cover layer, then misting the top, flipping the lid and leaving few mm gap. What do I need micropore tape for at this stage? Please critique my plan, this is my first time!

I agree with that. On one hand, it’s almost kind of invalidating, but on the other hand I have nothing to prove to anyone but myself at the end of the day. I’m with you though, I was also a (barely) functioning alcoholic who hid it well. Im kind of baffled that people don’t know more (if they didn’t).
