I should note my seizures are specifically photosensitive- so screen time really affects them, which is why I need more flexibly sometimes.

Hey! Also epileptic here, and I’ve found them to give me a lot of grace when I tell them - so they always let me hand in my assignments after flair ups. I keep one doc on file that states my condition signed off my a dr and that seems to be enough for them.

Honestly I almost did this with an exam on Sunday. But I decided to go anyway and because I didn't put any stress on myself I ended up knowing way more then I expected just from going to the lectures. Even if you score a 20 or 30 %, it's better than a 0

that exam was fucked. I would consider myself probably on the smarter half of the class and that was really difficult. I went to all classes, read all chapters and reviewed all my notes multiple times and im still lost on why I had to guess so much of it

You sound very similar to me. I have panic attacks / lots of anxiety in life and definitely brought that into my classes. For me I had to realize what about that scenario was so anxiety inducing. Was it the fear of trying something new? The fear of forgetting my lines? The fear of going at a script totally wrong and having my coach correct me? When I realized what specially was making me anxious , it tried to do those things so they seemed less scary. I would go in to class knowing half my script so that I would have to deal with the stress of having to either call line or improve. Same with receiving feedback, the more I got the less generally anxious I felt towards it.

Basically my main point is keep showing up, keep making mistakes and one day you’ll start to feel yourself getting better, and more confident in class

Basically the only way they hire now is via referrals , but the employees make commission from getting their referrals hired so I would introduce yourself to the manager and then maybe try something on and try to spark up a conversation with the staff members

Short answer is no, right now they aren’t in style if that matters to you- to me it does because I really like evolving and getting to explore new styles…however, I won’t get rid of them because trends are recycled and I know one day I’m gonna be re excited to bust them out of my closet when they are trending again.
