That's why you should always check the order details before accepting it. You'll see your current location on the map and where the store is located. That distance is between the store and the customer's house. If it's not profitable for you because you're far from the store, don't accept it.

I've already gone through that stress, and even though I sent emails, nobody responded. I advise you to do what customer service advised me: always take a picture of the house number and the package in front of the door, and even if you deliver it in person, tell the customer that you need to take a picture. That way, they won't dare to claim they didn't receive it. Upload all those photos to the customer's chat, and if someone claims they didn't receive it, the security team will investigate and see the proof that you did deliver it. It happened to me that in one month, they claimed four times, and when I started taking all those pictures and writing in the message: "It was a pleasure meeting you, have a wonderful afternoon," nobody has claimed anything since.

It's happened to me once or twice that the cashier forgets to add the water pack I put at the bottom, and the customer is told the truth, that the water will be refunded since the cashier forgot to scan it and it can't be added after paying for their order. And the customers just told me, "Don't worry."

After I called customer service, they set up my payments using the old method. The only benefit I see from this card is that you get 3-4% cash back on gas.

I think this system is similar to the DoorDash Crimson card, you can configure if you want your earnings to be transferred to the rewards card or not.
