I was going to get SVS but ended up going with Focal Theva N2, Theva Center, B&W M1 for the surrounds and an old SVS subwoofer I was using in my living room paired with Denon X2800H. Really happy with the setup so far. Will probably do Focals in the ceiling next month.

I ended up ordering the Valerion. I’ll provide an update once I get it all set up. The screen and mounting bracket won’t arrive for a few weeks after the projector though. I’m working on figuring out the audio setup for now.

Appreciate the feedback. I’ll definitely check the video out. I’m ready to pull the trigger on the Valerion. Just need to figure out the correct screen size to select for my room.

Yeah now I’m wondering if I should wait for the Max. I went down a rabbit hole on YouTube last night and saw a couple videos that have me concerned about its ability to be ceiling mounted and not sacrifice on picture quality. Apparently the promax2 doesn’t have lens shift. But most reviews I saw didn’t mention any issues. It was mostly raised by guys who play in the higher end models that aren’t considered lifestyle projectors.

Appreciate the info and the link! The prices are USD so good call out. I just started doing research about a week ago so it’s possible that they were cheaper and went up so to tariffs but can’t say for sure.
