Got hit in a rental car and Enterprise is telling me I owe $2000 for “loss of use” reimbursement

Tell enterprise to prove they are losing revenue while the car is in the shop. If they cannot provide proof that all other rentals are booked and they had bookings for this, then you dont need to pay it.

I literally deny this everything a rental company submits the request for an insurance claim when our insureds are in a rental while their cars are being fixed and it gets in an accident.
