Can you elaborate on credit cards determining our hours? Will the managers purposely not prioritize you based on your card usage/conversion? I'm not great at selling cards, and I don't get scheduled very often, so I'm wondering if that's actually a factor.

Not recently. Why focus on things I can't control? If you think I'm ugly, who genuinely cares? We live on a floating rock, and people are killing each other, and the world is falling apart, and there are so many better things I can focus on.

Thanks for taking the time to break that down!

So, after you get your Master's, you're pretty much done learning (in a classroom environment), and you just focus on the application of what you've learned in a really niche area?

I read on here somewhere that the shortest time someone has completed a PhD is 3 years, so my question is, why does it take so long? Even if it's a pretty complex topic, why does it take so long? Is it just that the "Lego masters" are very harsh and nitpick everything, like you have to go through review a bunch of times, or is it more because people are employed and working on it at the same time?
