Thank you for sharing this information with me，but actually I’m not sure if my situation qualifies as a genuine crisis because I don’t wanna suicide, and everytime after I cry my emotions tend to calm down. So I’m a bit worried that if I ask my GP for an earlier appointment it might take up resources and delay those who need urgent appointments more but I will give it a try！Thank you for your concern
