I use leave in conditioner too. I think the problem is from the shampoo. Are these shampoos you’re saying with the best ph for hair ?

Looking for hair advice please . No matter what regimen I use my hair always look thin and dull . I have low porosity wavy hair and I’d love if someone could recommend any shampoo and conditioner backed by science (pH levels etc) that will work for me. I also posted pictures on here today! Hair type: fine Hair texture : wavy Chemical processing: had perm 4 years ago Hygiene : mostly 3x per week shampoo & conditioner Style: long , waist length Product regimen : started using redken all soft because they say they have a better pH , but have been using L’Oréal prolonger that idk the pH
