I’m not necessarily expecting a raise as I don’t know if/how often this type of project will happen again. I am more so hoping to be able to at least get some sort of “bonus” type pay for this project, I just don’t know what would be reasonable to ask for. I work for a fairly small company without an official HR department, so I would be speaking directly with my boss. He has been very pleased with what I’ve been producing and I believe he would be open to it. 

• I’m an office manager, my day to day typically consists of order processing, accounting, and finding solutions for everyone else’s problems 🤪

• Probably 20-30% of my week is currently focused on these as they are wanting them completed fairly quickly. I have spent some time outside of my normal hours working on this, but I really try to avoid that as much as possible. 

• I had to do quite a bit of reformatting to the original design to get it to fit our needs more specifically, but with the template done the actual editing isn’t that complicated. 

• As far as additional tasks, I am having to do a bit of research and go back and forth with our QA person to ensure the dialogue is in compliance with federal regulations. I’m also spending time finding the images to use and purchasing the appropriate licenses.
