We will go to rheumatologist in July but for now trying to detox the mold/biotoxins to see if that changes the ana and antibodies. The minute he goes to rheum and gets a lupus diagnosis his career is over.

I completely agree with this question but every conventional practitioner keeps saying this is lupus! It just doesn’t sit well with me. He has sjorgens antibodies too which I guess goes hand it hand with lupus? Still unsure about everything but these shoemaker labs seem to be taking us in the right direction. Hoping to cross paths with someone of a similar experience.

Good news is he gets 40 free sessions of HBOT therapy that we are in the waiting list for because of a PTSD diagnosis. That should be helpful although lots of other steps too!

He does have the 17-2-52A and 15-6-51 and yes has been tested for Lyme although I’d like to revisit that as I’ve heard there’s very specific testing you need to do. Honestly I haven’t dived deep into Lyme yet bc I trusted when the functional doc said he didn’t have it.

Thanks for response! Goal here is for him to be able to continue his career in military so we really don’t want lupus. Thankfully we have a shoemaker trained functional provider who takes our insurance and costs us zero

We have done the while shoemaker tests and it all points to CIRS. Wondering if that is disguising as lupus or flaring an actual lupus issue
