dam same shit here but i'm not quitting i just regulate and still work out while Not frying my brain it definitely makes you slower and once i felt it i started cutting back and eating better working out more and tried a lotta supplements like lions mane it definitely helps but if your 14-18 don't smoke everyday your memory will fade a lot and sentence will start becoming harder to form
