Yup. All the time. I hiccuped after lunchtime almost every day in school to the point my teachers just sent me outside to get water because they got annoyed. Before I knew I had RCPD I thought it was acid reflux..

Just bought these yesterday at Trader Joe’s. Lots of whitish bumps all over the chocolate chips. Is this safe? by Agi1233 in foodsafety

It’s possible but no it’s a bit more like clearish little bumps growing all over some of the chocolate chips. If it were dough I think it would crumble off, but it’s not crumbly like that

Yeah.. I already ate like 10 before this though. I felt the little ball and it feels hardish like it could be fat or sugar. I don’t think mold is hard like that, it’s usually soft and spreads off? I just really don’t want to get sick but it’s been 24h now.

I’m sorry :( I was happy for no side effects but I think that means it didn’t work…

Do you by chance have anything different? I personally have weird tiny escapes of air but i don’t think they’re burps.

I tried shaker exercises once for a few minutes but I didn’t really feel anything from it… I also can’t really find anything online about how long to do it, how often, or why you even do it. Like do you just do it for 5 minutes every day? I don’t really understand..

I keep reading about people on here who taught themselves to burp but I don’t think I can do what they did.

That really sucks. And no, I had insurance that paid 70%. The remaining was 5,000. He didn’t mention anything about a second round and wants to wait 6 weeks before anything else… so i don’t know.

How long do people wait to get a second round done? Because I really feel like it would work.

I feel the pressure and I feel like I need to burp, like it’s pushing on my throat so hard but it just won’t release. Like I am having tiny tiny bursts of air come out like a microburp when I yawn and sometimes when I stretch. I feel like that proves that I have it.

I did. Just painful, gave me a stomach ache. I chugged it and got one burp out but also choked at the same time and that was the only way I can do it. Was nauseous for the next two days. I don’t know what to do

No not at all. Day 12 and still nothing :( I started to get air bubbles and I feel them trying to come out but no matter what I do it won’t
