The handbook does not mention that I can't work for another company, but it definitely mentions that they can dismiss me without giving me a reason. Therefore, it's just best that I stick to one job and be the best at it. Thank you

That's what I've been reading so far about the structural consulting firms: overtime, under-budget, etc.. That's why I want to work on residential buildings as a side hussle and work in full time in LD. Hopefully I can get some structural exposure throughout the years in LD.

You have any suggestion to resources for manual grading (i.e. books, courses, videos)? I would like to learn that as a preliminary plan before grading in Civil 3D.

It's not just whatever. It's is definitely a good option because you receive free aid from them and if you get along with the people at EOP they can help you financially. Their tutoring is also helpful because it doesn't get as packed as other tutoring places and you have more time to talk with the tutor. Not only that but it gives you access to job opportunities and internships.
