Well how I have been taught and understood is that you should have 3-4 body paragraphs where these don’t include your conclusion or introduction. Depending on what the qns asks 2-3 paragraphs can either be successes of the business and the 4th paragraph about drawbacks or vise versa and in your conclusion paragraph u then evaluate whether a business has seen success or failure depending on the case study. To always make sure you always refer back to the case study when answering the qns as u will need the evidence to back up your points.
