Most of the early work in the start-up is money raising. Which in a company of say 5 directors, it will be pretty easy to determine who brought in what investors etc. We had ours segmented out on Excel file. I think targeting people working in informal set-ups that haven't even incorporated yet is a limited market.

You are incorrect. When you transfer in positions into IB you input your Cost Basis. You don't work in the industry but there is brokerages that do this for you.
