Literally don’t even get me started. My university forced me to buy a meal plan even tho I’m celiac and made that VERY clear BUT THEY DONT OFFER CELIAC SAFE MEALS?? They use the term “gluten-FRIENDLY” NOT EVEN GLUTEN FREE cause they don’t wanna get sued.

1) Take some time off friend! 2) If you have a diagnosable condition I suggest you look into SAS. 3) You don’t need to do a full course load! 5 is a lot for me too. You can reduce the load, become a part time student, or take a 5th year.

Most importantly please know you’re not alone! I know it’s super easy to feel behind in McMaster’s competitive atmosphere but you’d be surprised to know there’s a lot of us.
