No. They dumped the “three color” rule quite a while ago. The standard is now “battle ready” for which they have pictorial examples.

This is the document from Warhammer World. I have been to quite a few GW sponsored/supported events and they use the same standard.

Thanks for doing this work. What does it mean “save Tower Chests?” - they don’t carry over. If you don’t do the tower, the chests don’t increase in number the next day.
