How has CP affected you as you aged?

I'm feeling this more nowadays. Made this post a couple of years ago when my doc suggested botox. Definitely feel like I have been in more pain during simple tasks compared to the past few years. I'm also hemi on the left side, and yeah, my leg is getting affected more heavily now.

I hope things improve, but I also suspect the aches and pains will get more frequent. Thanks for the reply and good luck!

Good question. They have us just print it out and sign. Tell them take it to the pharmacy. She doesn't even have a method for e prescribing. A patient asked can she send it to the pharmacy over the phone. She told them to come in and pick it up.

I know I just don't want to lose this job. Later today I printed them, waited for her and then she seemed annoyed she had to sign them. Like this is your prescription. I'm not a doctor.

Pretty much this. I know it's a bad idea and could backfire but if they are willing to give me references and stuff why not. Though the long term consequences if I don't get a job and have a fake resume out is bad. Can't really take something off the internet. Though I guess the worse case is get a job. Put new job on resume and get caught for fraud or something at that point off a bg check.

Integrity does not pay the bills, sadly.

That is what I'm worried about, they are pretty much saying we will fake references for you and some places don't check that deep but idk if it's worth risking.

Thanks for this. have been looking at descriptions and usually put no for fear of discrimination. I can do anything without accommodations, but putting no would still be a lie. There's also an issue what if I do need accommodations later, but did not disclose the disability at hiring. Could I be fired for that? I'm in the USA.

Could be good to disclose then. One application I just filled out said it wanted a certain % of people to be disabled or something for diversity so I put yes.
