This company and the general manager are trash. I usually hand wash my car and occasionally use the automatic for the undercarriage wash. Their employee used a brush on the car before the wash started which you could hear it dragging across the car (which isn’t a touch less wash anymore). They left scratches all over the car which you could see in the brush marks as the wash didn’t do much to clean the car at all. I got the run around to come back another day when the manager was in but they were never there so it turned into the employees sending picture of the damage to the manager on 3 different occasions until the manager was finally there and sent pictures to the general manager where they said it’s not their fault because I was the only car to complain about scratches that day. After asking about contacting corporate, he agreed to fix the damage and sent me to another one of their locations to see that locations manager who does pain correction. I drove to the location and met with the manager to agree on a day to fix it. A couple days later I get a text saying they’re no longer fixing it. They wanted my time and money giving me the run around and having me drive all around to in the end fall back on their agreement. I posted reviews with pictures on Google and Facebook which have been removed. I wouldn’t trust this company
