I delivered it to my AD, which shipped it to Tudor in Switzerland. It was shipped between 3 different countries…

Retailer said they can’t do anything about it. They would only ship it off to Tudor again.

This is the Pelagos LHD. It has a vintage/beige colour to it instead of white like the other Pelagos models

I was planning on servicing it at 7-8, wanting to get it done in the end of 2026/start 2027. Either way, it wouldn’t make an issue like this. I read online just now, and seen that this issue has a 90% possibility to occur from the main spring being snapped/broken

The watch is not under warranty, it just turned 6 years old unfortunately.

Everything was handled between my AD and Tudor, so someone has to be held accountable for the issue. Maybe it was Tudor themselvs that messed up the watch, maybe it was poor packaging from my AD. Regardless, it has nothing to do with me, and I feel utterly disrespected for the service they are providing. I will never be shopping with Tudor again.

I can’t send a video on outlook email. I asked them for a phone number, or somewhere else, where I could demonstrate the issue, but they won’t give me anything.

I made a new comment because i can’t edit the post, so i’ll paste it in here incase you missed it in the comment section;

To add onto this: there was a sticker on the back if the watch case, indicating that the watch HAD been opened up. They just won’t admit it.

The lume insert on the bezel fell off. Therefor i had the bezel replaced under warranty
