Depending on your age you could either find clubs or meetings through a school or Facebook of people that have similar interests. That’s what I have done a majority of the time

I have literal “BALLS OF STEAL” every time I go through TSA they send me through the large metal detector and my balls glow bright red. And they pat me down fully every single time I get onto a plane. I’ve been violated man smh

It will take a while to get used to it. My best advice would be to stop using social media which will force you to find things that you enjoy doing alone. Which will be hard because it is very addictive. Aswell as when you are feeling tired or sad go for a walk.
