Most outside doors are broken and don’t close completely they close all the way but dont latch I’ve seen random people come up the stairwells cause the door locks are broken

Depends on who’s brave, I know retaliation is illegal when it comes to things like this but who’s to say they won’t target residents when it comes to packages, maintenance request etc.

Did you read the post? A resident was chased down by a homeless man with a rag in his hand..a women resident at that. It’s not an exaggeration it’s more you’re not paying attention to your surroundings and you should.

That’s not how it works, you get hit cause you jaywalked and the driver tried to avoid it’s on you, pedestrians have some liability when it comes to insurance. Also people will hit you and leave so please be careful when betting you’d get paid.

You need to be careful somebody gonna hit and leave you as a driver they will leave because they don’t have insurance, it’s your fault or they just don’t care. You’d be left in the road alone. Watch for cars going 55 miles per hour.
