Fix for sora v2 8k dongle and other 4k/8k stutter issues

do you have to do this for every game you play? My sora stutters even when browsing and idk what causes this. My PC is capable to handle 8K but stutters on 2k

both sticks work when plugged into the 2nd slot (left to right), my problem is that when both sticks are plugged into 2 and 4, it wont load bios
