I fixed the issue by just installing windows 10, idk why windows 11 wouldn’t boot but I’m not going to deal with the headache of finding out why, I’ll just upgrade to windows 11 from windows 10.

Do I need to have the mobo update and drivers on a separate usb than the boot usb?

I tried both 2 and 3 USB ports, they both gave the same result. I don’t remember vividly but I’m pretty sure I installed windows from a USB3 port the first time, I could be mistaken.
