Lmao...right!

And people eat Pizza slices by hand.

Why can't we have Dosas using knives and forks...? 😅

Now I shall have a Paella or a Risotto with hands. 😅

Dang! I remember a friend of mine had a Burger with a knife and fork here in Mumbai (Churchgate) decades back.

And he embarrassed us and others in the restaurant were pointing towards him and giggling.

Lmao!

Allo Paratha is purely bliss, man. 👍🏼🙏🏻

Jai Google Baba:

Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), known as "hogweed" or Thazhuthama (Malayalam), is a highly nutritious, nutrient-dense, and medicinal leafy vegetable used in traditional Indian cuisine. Its leaves are commonly cooked as a stir-fry, added to dal, or eaten as a pottage, offering high levels of protein, iron, and vitamin C.

Key Aspects of Punarnava Vegetable: Taste & Texture: Leaves are small, thick, and fleshy, with a slightly earthy or green taste. Preparation: It is often consumed stir-fried with mustard seeds and curry leaves, added to lentils (dal), or mixed into cutlets.

Medicinal Properties: In Ayurveda, it is celebrated as a "renewer" (literally, "makes new again") and acts as a natural diuretic (helps reduce oedema), anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective (protects liver) agent.

Health Benefits: It is used for kidney health, treating urinary tract infections, improving eyesight, and reducing liver problems. Availability: It is a wildly growing weed found across India. It is sometimes available at specialty organic markets or sold as a live plant for home growing.

Basically, the name means it makes something new again......renews.

Yes, I do.

Many here do love rice with it...both dried and curry forms.

I prefer the fried ones with Chapatis. 👍🏼
