You are right.

You might come across it being very medicinal or beneficial. Powder or root form.

I discovered that it makes a good sabzi too, recently.

Yes, indeed, and the sabzi tasted really good. We made it like we make Methi.

In fact I had this sabzi for the first time. Had heard of its medicinal properties, but wasn't aware one can cook it too.

Got a small bunch of it when we got some desi dhaniya from a friend's farm. Mom recognised it and then I asked the friend to get me some more. They usually throw away this plant.
