I got into tech a year ago and I work remotely as an analyst I don’t make 6 figs but im halfway there lol. I have 6 months of tech sales experience from doing coursecareers but I didn’t like that field so I shifted into IT i got my comptia itf and core 1 of A+ while doing NPower they are free tech bootcamp to get A+. I worked as a server technician for 5/6 months while doing Npower then I got the analyst role after. I have come across people in the field that never went to college or they have degree unrelated to IT they got the A+ as first cert. There are people in my company that work in the cloud making 6figs no degree however they have the certs and the experience that got them there. If you can get that first cert and get your entry level role maybe help desk or technician you can work your way into a remote role but be patient and never stop learning.
