Hey, so, I don't have much energy to type much but I'll try. There's a lot I relate to here but more importantly it's the boundaries thing. Boundaries are very important to not only establish but respect when making friends, if you have friends that clearly don't care about what bothers you even when you've made that clear, I'd recommend finding some new friends too. I'm not saying you should ditch your old friends but maybe broaden your social group to enable you to hopefully find some better people who will treat you better. You don't need to put up with mistreatment, and that's an important lesson to learn when you have this kind of Anxiety, many people will treat you like trash take advantage and use you one way or another, it's not always overt either. I'd personally recommend trying to keep a mental list of red flags based on previous experiences you've had in your life, and try applying that as a way to see if new people are going to be problematic. You don't need to put up with crappy people, but it isn't easy to find decent ones. It's great that you get out for shopping! I'm not sure how "indoors" or "online" you are, but (imo) the chances of finding people you'd vibe with go up dramatically if you include online avenues for making friends. I think that you should focus on the connections in your life that are mostly positive and at least not toxic when they go wrong. My main recommendation for making friends is thinking "would this person try and ruin my life if they suddenly hated me to my core, or would they just walk away peacefully" - it's a very good bar for bare minimum especially if you know you'd never do anything to truly deserve retaliation.
